Monday Morning Meditation
One of the few silver linings (at least from our perspective) is that our wandering minstrel Elisa de Grey isn’t able to go on her planned tour, performing to the provinces, and she has to stay locked down in London, teaching us online yoga. This is her, in the allotment, at her most meditative. She’s keen to bring a bit of this kind of oneness, this feeling of abundance and joy, to the YOTL community with her new Monday Morning Meditation sessions which will run 7.45am-8.45am. As she says: As lock-down continues this is a great moment to prioritise meditation and reflection. Start the week supported and guided through pranayama practices and silence as we continue to navigate a unique period in history. Expect a short physical practice, breath-work and seated meditation. Open to beginners and the experienced.
