Level One

These hour-long classes are open to everyone—from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners.

We begin with gentle, technique-focused sequences, allowing you to build confidence and awareness before gradually moving into a soft, dynamic flow. The class then winds down into restful, restorative yoga.

Thoughtfully designed to soothe the nervous system and quiet the mind, this class offers a supportive space to slow down, reset, and reconnect.

These classes are flowing and strong, yet always mindful and guided by the breath. Each session takes you through a balanced, well-rounded sequence, before gently bringing you down into deep relaxation.

Parent and Baby

A A warm and welcoming specialist yoga class to support your postnatal recovery and well-being.

In a time of great holding this weekly session is a baby-friendly space to be held in your postpartum, gather techniques to support your postnatal rehabilitation and hone the practice of self-nourishment, a vital skill for motherhood.

The following themes and focuses will be woven throughout the class:  breath, spinal realignment, stabilising the pelvis, 'closing' the body / coming back to the midline, re-toning the core, pelvic floor and lower back, releasing tension from feeding / carrying, strengthening the upper body and relaxation.

Although the rehabilitative content of the class is mother-focused, the babies are included throughout the sessions, with lots of adaptations to keep them engaged and happy.

You’ll have the opportunity to practice some useful baby lifting and holding techniques and gather ideas for how you can incorporate some supportive practices at home whilst you connect with your baby.

You’ll be able to tend to your baby in the way you usually would and it’s totally fine if they are asleep for some of or the entirety of the session.

The class is also a space to feel part of something in the community as you navigate the first months of your postpartum.

Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum.

Our parent and baby classes run on Wednesdays at 2pm with Clare Proudfoot.
