To be we must come home; to the home of our bodies, the home of our heart. Join Tracey and Joseph for an inward journey of movement, stillness, sound and healing as we gift ourselves some time for reflection as the clocks prepare to change. We’ll begin with a dynamic flow to awaken the body before moving to the stillness of a restorative practice accompanied by Joseph’s ethereal sound bath. Held by the props and a blanket of sound, you’ll be invited to fall deeply into you and uncover any patterns you’d like to shed before the year draws to a close. What seeds shall we plant for this next life cycle, for ourselves and our world? What tools do we have to help us stay connected to our hearts.

We will end the day with tea and cake and time for further reflection. Please bring a journal.
