Develop and deepen your capacity for unconditional friendship towards yourself through a practice of flow yoga, restorative postures, and guided meditation and breath. Explore the threads that bind us to each other and the world around us. Learn to face personal and global suffering with heart and strength. £10 from each attendee will benefit the Sophie Hayes Foundation (supported by the Shiva Foundation), to break the cycle of human slavery through awareness-raising, research, and victim support and rehabilitation.
