First comes Restorative Yoga; taking place on the floor using props such as bolsters, blankets and blocks. Your body will rest completely into restorative postures, calming the nervous system and releasing tension. The second stage is Yoga Nidra or conscious sleep, where we will find a feeling of complete inner and outer relaxation and calm. The body is truly allowed to fully relax and the brain given opportunity to reset and restore.
You will leave the class feeling energised, calm and refreshed.
