Yoga Therapy for the Mind 4-Week In-person Course

About the course

This course is inspired by The Minded Institute’s 8-Week Course for Anxiety and Depression. These four weeks focus more on the evidence-based regulatory tools for treatment of anxiety and mild depression, and draw on mindfulness of the breath and the body to invite a new way of experiencing the self.

At Yoga on the Lane, we do everything we can to create a safe and nurturing space to learn together. We settle at the start of each session with herbal tea, an overview of the week’s theme and a short discussion, before moving into the practice. We know it can be challenging to come to courses in-person when we’re feeling anxious or low, but you are welcome exactly as you are.
