An evidence-based course for the treatment of anxiety and mild depression created by Heather Mason (The Minded Institute), rooted in neuroscience, medicine and her experience of yoga and mindfulness. The regulation and mindfulness practices taught invite a new way of experiencing your body, breath and mind in a safe and nurturing space, reconnecting you with you — beneath the rumination, apprehension, pain, and suffering. You are welcome exactly as you are and together we’ll create a little more space to settle into your skin.
This course is for you if you’re experiencing:
anxiety, depression and/or low mood
stress, burnout, or emotional overwhelm
difficulties with self-regulation or sleep
social isolation alongside mental health challenges
