Join Anna for an afternoon to re-energise our bodies and uplift our minds. February can be a challenging time for many of us. As the darkness of winter begins to take its toll and the lightness of spring isn't quite upon us, many of us can feel both tired in the body and low in the mind. This blues-busting workshop will combine a gentle, therapeutic flowing practice to uplift our energy and reconnect to the light within us. We will then drop into stillness with deep rest and yoga nidra.
