How to Sustain Your Activism with Hanna Thomas Uose 

Make some space to reground, take comfort in community, regulate your nervous system, revive your energy, and take pleasure in rest. Using a trauma-informed approach, Hanna will lead you through postures, breathwork, and readings that will help you to sustain your activism for the long haul. You will leave with a framework for self-care that you can return to throughout the year. Absolutely everyone is welcome - all you need is yourself, a comfortable place to sit, and a pen and paper. 

Hanna has spent the last 12 years working on environmental, feminist, and anti-racist campaigns with groups like SumOfUs.org, 350.org, Level Up, iStreetWatch, 10:10, and Free Tibet.
