Using a trauma-informed approach, Hanna will lead you through postures, breathwork, and readings that will help you to sustain your activism for the long haul. You will leave with a framework for self-care that you can return to throughout the year. Absolutely everyone is welcome - all you need is yourself, a comfortable place to sit, and a pen and paper.
Hanna has spent the last 12 years working on environmental, feminist, and anti-racist campaigns with groups like SumOfUs.org, 350.org, Level Up, iStreetWatch, 10:10, and Free Tibet.
