Join Chantell, an experienced clinical psychologist, and yoga and meditation teacher, as she gently guides you through a series of four classes, beautifully designed to interweave mindful yoga flow, restorative yoga, and psychology practices to support the mind, body and soul. The classes will include guided meditation, a yoga practice focusing on the embodiment of our human emotions and stresses of daily life, as well space for teaching, journaling and self-reflection. As each class builds on the next, it encourages you to develop a deeper awareness of your internal experiences and discover tools to promote wellbeing to take beyond the mat into your personal practice and life.
