But how about we use this workshop to reconnect to the inherent sense of play that is the foundation of the yoga practice? It’s not by accident that the poses are named after fireflies and grass hoppers, sages and warriors. Spend a few hours contemplating your body and spirit as a playground, a place of infinite possibility. We will look at some of the more outrageously bonkers poses and spend a good amount of time resting and contemplating the whole merry dance of it. The hope is that you’ll come out the other side of the workshop a little more optimistic with a revived, healthy sense of the ridiculous.
