Living with diabetes is exhausting. From the day you are diagnosed, you never get a day off. Managing the highs and lows of the condition can take its toll on physical and emotional health as well as impacting on family and friends.
This 1hr FREE workshop is a chance to get together with those who get it. Bryony and Naomi have both been living with diabetes for over 15 years. It is how they met! Having yoga in their lives has enabled them to accept and embrace life with diabetes.
In the workshop, they will guide you through practices to calm, soothe and nourish: restorative yoga practice, yoga nidra (guided rest), breath work, and meditation.
This is a workshop to help you reflect and support each other and we hope you’ll find it an inspiring hour. Diabetes can feel lonely but this pause in your day to gather yourself, learn tools and connect, might be a welcome boost. We can’t wait to see you online for this and please share with your dia-buddies.
With love,
Naomi and Bryony
