As we move through Spring, a time for expansion, growth and new beginnings, we will focus on nurturing our roots and maintaining clear intention, building strength in preparation for the longer days to come. Summer is linked to the element of Fire and the emotion of Joy, it is the season of upmost Yang; days are long, the air is warm and the sun is at its highest in the sky.
Working with the Chinese Five Element theory we will move through a series of postures, forms and moving meditations. Tuning into our breath, body and mind; discovering ways of preserving our vital energy and finding balance within the ever changing environment that surrounds and inhabits us.
Classes are open to all and anyone, no previous experience of Yoga or Qigong necessary.
