If you, like many of us, are understandably feeling the stress and build up of the past couple of years, this session is set to be a wonderful nourishing half-day retreat, in community with others. Starting with a mindful yoga flow, peppered with simple, compassionate and soothing practices to anchor, invite body and breath awareness, and rest. Following a tea break, Chantell will share a talk, drawing on psychological and science informed ideas for promoting wellbeing, that will build on the physical practice and simple tools you can take into everyday life. There will be a mindfulness exercise and reflective practice to start exploring these ideas for yourself, in the session and afterwards, to continue cultivating practices for nourishing YOU. Whether you are an adult, or a parent managing all that comes with supporting others, this retreat hopes to be a warm, welcoming and nurturing space for a moment to nourish YOU and hopefully inspire more ideas.
