Six-week In-person Post-natal Yoga Course with Katrina Kurdy

The body is incredibly adaptable, but the changes it undergoes in pregnancy can last well beyond baby days! Often, we don't know where to begin or we normalise disfunction as part of the package - it isn't! We'll begin by exploring the keystones of optimal alignment and optimal breathing and why they're so important, and work on building a better relationship with our core, including the pelvic floor. My intention is to create a supportive space where you can connect to yourself and community and to offer you realistic at home practices that you can maintain, even on the busiest days. Babies are welcome and so are those beyond baby years who want to build a more functional relationship with their bodies.
