Yoga is about showing up as you are. Tapping into that presence of being. This two-hour workshop is a chance for you to work with your breathing body and to feel what’s at the centre of yourself.
We will use the model of the yogic koshas (the sheaths) to work through the layers of ourselves with asana, pranayama and yoga nidra (yoga sleep).
