Imbolc Sound Ceremony with Ratna Shah

Immersive sound experiences linked with the cycles of nature draw on ancient and evolving communal practice raising our heart centred awareness and reminding us of our interconnectedness within the web of life.

At Imbolc, a Celtic celebration of this halfway point between the winter solstice and the spring equinox we can honour the return of the light with the first sparks of spring.

As the sap is rising in the trees and the first shoots are pushing through the earth, we can honour the life force rising from within us after the rest of winter and allow the sonic vibrations and reiki energy to gently expand our connection to the web of life.

You are therefore warmly welcome to join us for this sound ceremony where a family of full moon Nepalese singing bowls, gong, and other calming instruments along with voice, breath, meditation, and reiki energy will be used to soothe our nervous systems and allow the wisdom of our bodies and interbeing to emerge.

The event is limited to ten people to create a nurturing space with personalised attention.

Please note sound immersion is not recommended for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, those with recent metal implants in the body, those with severe mental health conditions and those who have sound induced epilepsy.

Price £30 (some concessions are available - email the studio for details)
