This two-hour workshop is a chance to gently pause, reset, and reconnect. It combines gentle movement, mindset coaching, and community connection to support you through perimenopause and midlife shifts. Led by certified menopause coach, yoga teacher, and Energy Leadership™ practitioner Torild Boe-Stokes, the workshop includes:

  • Gentle, grounding movement and breathwork to settle the nervous system and come back to your body at a time when the mind is often overstimulated

  • A circle for reflection, insight, and shared experience

  • Coaching and insights from the 7-Week Menopause Plan,  helping you apply understanding to your everyday life

  • Mindset shifts and micro-changes to reset your energy and perspective

  • Tools to support sleep and restore energy, while building awareness and confidence to navigate this stage with more calm and clarity
