Yoga for Better Sleep with Naomi Annand

I have had periods of my life when I haven’t slept well. Times of real stress. Pregnancy. The long postnatal years. To help myself through these nights I have developed rhythms and routines that support deep rest. In this workshop I’ll run through yoga to unwind, looking at the places in the body that hold and grip, gentle breath practice and a Yoga Nidra: a deep guided meditative rest practice. The workshop will be recorded and can be shared after the event. The practice will be suitable for all levels so no need to worry if you haven’t practiced yoga in a really long time or if it’s even your first time practising, you’ll be welcomed with open arms.
