Most of us start Monday in our heads, Qi Flow invites you to begin the week in your body.

Join our new four-week course where two ancient wisdom traditions come together to still the mind, ground the nervous system and restore energy flow.

Qi Flow is where qigong and yoga meet: weaving the flowing movements and energy cultivation of qigong with the grounded poses and creative transitions of yoga.

Over four weeks, Emma will guide you through the ways these complementary practices beautifully enrich and illuminate each other. You'll be introduced to Daoist philosophy and the wisdom of the natural elements, and move through meditative sequences designed to help you feel the subtle layers of your own energy body.

Each class balances softness and strength, stillness and vitality, grounding you for the week ahead while leaving you feeling deeply alive, whole and enlivened.

Suitable for all levels, beginners very welcome.
