At last a chance to bend and breathe as one! Naomi will meet you all at 9.30am outside Millfields Cafe on Chatsworth Road, before walking to the Marshes for yoga and meditation 10.15-11.45am and then an optional picnic for those who want to stay. Please bring your own mat, water and food. And don't forget the sun screen!
