A grounding and energising session to help you tune into your needs for an autumn of joy, inspiration, and motivation. This 90-minute workshop will include a thoughtfully curated blend of vinyasa flow, restorative yoga, and meditation. You’re welcome to bring a notepad to jot down any reflections, and please have a bolster or a few cushions handy to support your practice. A yoga block can be useful if you have one, but it’s not essential. All levels of experience are warmly welcome.
